How to spot a fake
Whether you bought from us or elsewhere - these signs are worth knowing.
Check the batch code
Genuine stock carries a printed or embossed batch code. Missing, smudged or mismatched codes are the first warning sign.
Inspect the packaging
Spelling errors, uneven printing and thin materials are where counterfeits usually give themselves away.
Trust your senses
If something smells or feels different from what you have bought before, stop and ask before you use it.
Question the price
A price far below everyone else usually means expired, diverted or counterfeit stock rather than a bargain.
